Return Policy

Purchases made on the Jack Wolfskin e-commerce site (us.jackwolfskin.com) may be returned by the customer for any reason within 60 days of shipment if unwashed, unworn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. All such returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization that has been issued within 60 days from the date the product is received by Jack Wolfskin. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

    • Items returned within 60 days of purchase will be refunded in the original form of tender or a gift card with proof of original receipt or packing slip.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, dust bags, cases, shoe boxes and gift boxes when applicable.
    • Items must not be worn, altered or damaged.
    • Please note, we reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be purchasing items for resale. Sales to anyone we believe to be a reseller or bulk purchaser are final, and no exchanges or returns will be granted.
  • Can I return a product purchased from another retailer?none
    • We are unable to accept returns for items purchased on the international site, www.jack-wolfskin.com, or any 3rd party retailers that sell Jack Wolfskin products. Those items must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy.
  • Can I return a custom product?none
    • Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
  • Can I exchange a product?none
    • At this time we do not offer exchanges. Please return the product in accordance with the return policy and re-order the product you were hoping to exchange. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope to improve this experience soon. Start a return.
  • How long will it take for my return to be processed?none
    • After you drop off your package, the time it takes to get to us varies based on the shipping carrier and where it was sent from. Once we receive your package, we'll issue your refund in five to seven business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the return process is complete.
    • Depending on your financial institution, allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. Please note, times of high return volumes may require additional processing time by our warehouse.
